6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6k66 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the Platform:

6k66 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited activity and to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, 6k66 may pursue all available legal remedies in addition to closing the relevant Account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 6k66 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6k66 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Platform grants you any ownership interest or licence to use any of the Platform's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 6k66. 10. Limitation of Liability

6k66's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account closure initiated by 6k66 for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any verified balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any required KYC verification.
